What this website collects

Fonts and images are served from our own server. We only use Google Analytics if you agree to it in the cookie banner.

This website is hosted by Easyhost in a data centre in Belgium. Like every web server, it keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) to keep the site secure. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Tickets and payments

Tickets are sold through Hipsy. When you book, Hipsy processes your name, e-mail address and payment details on our behalf. Please read the privacy policy of Hipsy for details.

On the page of the next edition you can open the Hipsy ticket shop inside our page. It is only loaded from the servers of Hipsy after you click the button. From that moment Hipsy may set its own cookies, including analytics and marketing cookies, and the privacy and cookie policy of Hipsy applies.

Newsletter, waitlist and ambassadors

If you sign up for our newsletter, the waitlist or the ambassador programme, we store your e-mail address, the first name you give us, the language of the page and, for the waitlist, the ticket type. We use these details only to write to you about The House of Eros. Newsletter and waitlist sign-ups are confirmed through one e-mail first and every letter has a link to unsubscribe. Ambassador details are kept in a private Google Sheet (Google Ireland) and the personal link is sent by e-mail right away. When you book through an ambassador link, our ticket system notes which link you came through, so we can thank the ambassador. The ambassador does not see your name or your order.

We send our e-mails with MailerLite, an e-mail service based in the European Union, which processes these details on our behalf. You can ask us at any time to delete them by writing to hello@houseoferos.be.

Analytics and cookies

If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how they found us. Google Analytics then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which are kept for up to 14 months. Advertising features and personalised ads are switched off. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

For search statistics we use Google Search Console. It shows us which search terms lead to our site and places nothing on your device.

Our Telegram channel is run on Telegram. If you join, the privacy policy of Telegram applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. Write to us at info@sacredhealingarts.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
