Personal tickets

Every ticket is personal. Because we get to know our guests before the night, tickets cannot be transferred, swapped or resold to another person.

No refunds

Tickets are non-refundable. This is stated at checkout, in the ticket text and in the policies sent with your confirmation. If you can no longer come, please write to us. We will look at it together with care.

Arrival

Doors open at 19:45 and close at 20:15 sharp. There is no late entry once the doors are closed.

House agreements

The House of Eros is for adults aged 18 and over. Consent is the foundation of the night: a maybe is a no, only a clear and enthusiastic yes is a yes. Phones stay in your locker throughout the night and photography or filming is strictly not allowed. The event is non-smoking. Our Angel Team may ask anyone who does not respect these agreements to leave the house, without refund.

Booking

Tickets are booked and paid through Hipsy. The terms of Hipsy apply to the payment itself.
